1. Licence
The compiled binary is sold commercially. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Synapse on your own Windows device(s).
2. Purchase
The compiled binary is distributed commercially through Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing, VAT collection, and payment processing is handled by Gumroad under their terms. We receive only your email address and purchase status.
3. Updates
Your one-time purchase entitles you to all future updates released under the same product listing. Major version releases that introduce entirely new products may be priced separately.
4. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
